As a signing agent hired by lenders when closing on mortgages, my job is to make sure all pertinent documents are in order and the loan is carried out properly.  I verify identity of all signers, ensure the documents can be understood by all signers, carry out notarization and deliver documents to mortgage company or hiring company in a timely manner. Ensuring the validity of the documents being signed as well as the identity of the signers, I am an essential part of loan and mortgage closings as a Certified Notary Signing Agent.
